Refund policy

  • We hope that you will love your handmade textiles as much as we have loved creating them for you, but if you would like to return your any of our products, please let us know within 15 days, and return it/them, packaged as it was when it arrived, within 15 days, and we’ll issue you a refund upon receipt (minus shipping costs and any custom charges or taxes incurred, unless the item is faulty).
  • As a small non-profit social enterprise, we’re unable to cover the cost of returns, unless an item is faulty, but we can advise you on the most cost-efficient way to return your item(s).
  • We suggest that you obtain proof of purchase, as we can’t take responsibility for items lost in transit.
  • If an item is returned to us because it is unable to be delivered, despite our best efforts, we will have to charge postage to re-deliver it to you.
  • As we’re sure you can understand, we are unable to accept returns of personalised items, unless they are faulty.
