Shipping policy

  • We offer free delivery within the UK.
  • Our international delivery charges are based on our understanding of how much it will cost to deliver your chosen item(s) by Royal Mail (we use International Tracked), based on estimated parcel weight and destination.
  • If your item(s) are being delivered outside of the UK, you may need to pay customs charges and taxes. Please contact us on laura.rana@khushikantha.com if you’d like an estimate of what these might be.
  • We aim to dispatch UK orders within 24 to 48 hours, using Evri ParcelShop, which typically takes up to three working days. But please let us know if you've left your order late, and we will see what we can do to help with a speedy delivery!  
  • We aim to send out international orders within 48 hours, using Royal Mail – see this link for estimated delivery times.
  • For custom orders, including personalised items, lead time is around two months. We will confirm a more accurate timeframe upon receipt of our order – or you contact us on laura.rana@khushikantha.com if you’d like this info before you place an order.

  • We are based in Stoke Newington, London – and can hand-deliver local orders!
